Java port of ragleap-graph: knowledge-graph-augmented retrieval for RAG, talking to Neo4j over its HTTP Query API (no Neo4j driver dependency; tested only against Neo4j 5.26 Community, single server only). Early release: deterministic regex entity extraction, document indexing (upsertDocument) with per-document weights and co-occurrence edges, and six lookups (documents by entities, related entities, typed relations, lineage, entities by type, document entities). The typed-relation lookup reads relations written by other tools; this version does not extract them. Not yet ported: LLM entity and relation extraction, deduplication, graph retrieval, migrations and backfills, and the Postgres audit writer. Independently versioned from the Python package (see https://pypi.org/project/ragleap-graph/).
