Java port of ragleap-graph: knowledge-graph-augmented retrieval for RAG, talking to Neo4j over its HTTP Query API (no Neo4j driver dependency; tested only against Neo4j 5.26 Community, single server only). Included: regex entity extraction; optional LLM entity and relation extraction through a small LlmClient interface, with an optional adapter for ragleap-rag (not live-verified against real model providers, tested with scripted answers only); entity deduplication; document indexing (upsertDocument) with per-document weights, co-occurrence edges and typed relations; six lookups (documents by entities, related entities, typed relations, lineage, entities by type, document entities); GraphRetriever (hybrid vector plus graph retrieval, or graph only, with citations); and one-time backfills with a schema migration runner. Not yet ported: the Postgres audit writer. Independently versioned from the Python package (see https://pypi.org/project/ragleap-graph/).
