Java port of ragleap-rag's core RAG pipeline: connection pooling, embeddings (7 providers), pgvector storage (dense, sparse, hybrid RRF search), retrieval, and generation (streaming, structured output, provider fallback, vision captioning) - plus standalone utilities (chunking, sanitization, guardrails, cost tracking, evaluation scoring, structured-output validation, observability hooks). Independently versioned from the Python ragleap-rag package (see https://pypi.org/project/ragleap-rag/) rather than kept in lockstep - this port does not yet have parity with the Python package's full surface (only pgvector of its 6 vector backends, no query rewriting, no conversation memory, no ingestion pipeline). Every module here is genuinely tested; most of the core pipeline is live-verified against real Postgres and Ollama, documented per-class where it is not.
