Standalone executable exposing the KernelDiagnostics SPI (ADR-033) over stdio JSON for out-of-process consumers (exeris-ai-bridge). Boots the kernel in read-only inspect mode (resolve subsystem topology only — no initialize/start, no infrastructure) and serves the four-method surface (listProviders, getBootstrapDag, describeSubsystem, getJvmErgonomics). The Enterprise overlay rides the same binary via ServiceLoader (no separate enterprise CLI).
