Minimal, Docker-free Quarkus app that adds quarkus-opentelemetry on top of the bootui-quarkus extension and proves the in-process span-capture path: a GenAI-style span emitted through the real OTel SDK flows via the BootUI SpanProcessor into the shared TelemetryStore and surfaces on the Traces and AI Usage panels. Kept separate from bootui-quarkus-integration-tests (which deliberately has NO OpenTelemetry) so the OTel-absent safety path and the OTel-present capture path are each proven in isolation.
