Implementations for core SDMX data tasks such as data reading, writing, validation, mapping, transformation. This module does not include any format specific classes, i.e there is no code to read SDMX-ML or SDMX-EDI in this module or the modules it relies upon. The only code included is the framework for looking up and retrieving the appropriate classes for the format it is dealing with, and libraries to perform operations on the data based on the format agnostic DataReaderEngine/DataWriterEngine Interfaces.
