Boot-time composition library (ADR-024 obligations 8a/8a'). A generic, once-tested library every SKU bootstrap invokes at startup: the validation-stamp assertion checks the tooling-emitted stamp in cap-manifest.json (presence, well-formedness, content-binding-match, version-match) and fails fast on drift, then the boot conductor drives each cap's four-phase lifecycle (CapabilityLifecycleHooks from exeris-sdk-composition-lifecycle) in the manifest initOrder — invoked by the SKU bootstrap after KERNEL READY, never a kernel Subsystem. It does NOT re-validate (no @Requires->@Provides DAG re-resolution). The binding it recomputes is the ONE canonical definition in exeris-sdk-composition-spec (obligation 8b) — no verbatim port. Ships into the SKU jar; carries no kernel or codegen dependency (obligation 9 — the kernel stays cap-blind; the build-time pipeline is not dragged onto the SKU classpath).
