Observability adapters for the framework-agnostic Pathland server runtime: a Micrometer PathlandTelemetry (pathland.* counters/timers + a sessions gauge) and an opt-in OpenTelemetry TracingTelemetry decorator (spans per frame send / event batch / SSR render). The starters auto-wire these when a MeterRegistry/Tracer bean is present; without them the core stays on PathlandTelemetry.NOOP.
