Renders ```mermaid fenced blocks as inline SVG at build time, by running Mermaid in headless Chromium (paperband-chromium). On the classpath (as a dependency of paperband-maven-plugin, say), it lets a build draw diagrams written for Mermaid, as GitHub shows them. Mermaid itself comes pinned, from its WebJar, so a build needs no network once the jars and Chromium are downloaded.
