Renders an ESJ document for a human reader, as HTML and as PDF. The HTML rendering is the one of the KoSIT XRechnung visualization: the document is written as the semantic XR representation by esj-xr and handed to the stylesheet of that project, so the layout, the labels and the two languages are the ones invoice recipients in Germany already see. The PDF rendering is laid out by this module with PDFBox, from the registry rather than from a template, and shows every value the document carries. The validation report is the third thing it writes: what a whole validation run came to, as one self-contained HTML page or as a PDF that carries the invoice after it.
