Annotation processor that extracts a lightweight class/method/field signature map for every top-level type it sees during compilation, writing it to META-INF/codemap/signatures.json in the module's compiled output. Opt-in per module via the parent's codemap-processing profile (a `.codemap-enabled` marker file) - see that profile for why this is opt-in rather than mirroring entity-meta-processing's opt-out polarity. Carries a `.no-entity-meta` marker for the same reason entity-meta-processor carries one on itself: without it, entity-meta-processing (opt-out, active by default) would put entity-meta-processor on this module's own processor path. Since entity-meta-processor depends on entity-meta-generator-lib, and any pilot module that opts into codemap-processing depends on this module, that closes a real reactor cycle the moment such a pilot module is entity-meta-generator-lib itself (or anything else entity-meta-processor depends on).
