A SQL-shaped front end over parser-ng-arrow: SELECT ... FROM ... [WHERE ...] compiles to a vectorized Arrow filter/projection pipeline built on ArrowExpressionEvaluators. Over Parquet files (via parser-ng-parquet) the same SQL runs with row-group pruning, footer-only COUNT(*), and any column type selectable as-is; expressions and predicates are numeric. This is deliberately NOT a database - no JOIN, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, transactions. It exists purely to make SQL a convenient surface syntax for describing vectorized Arrow computations that parser-ng-arrow already knows how to run.
